The Challenge

What Needed Solving.

Dr. Radha's practice works in a field where trust is decided in seconds, and where the people searching are often exhausted and unsure their symptoms even warrant help. The site had to let a visitor recognise their own situation immediately, establish clinical credibility without feeling clinical, and make getting in touch effortless — while remaining something Dr. Radha could update herself, without calling a developer for every word.

The Solution

How We Approached It.

We built a bespoke WordPress theme rather than adapting a template, so the structure could follow the consultation journey instead of a generic layout — and wired every section to plain editable fields so the practice owns its own content.

01

Symptom-First Entry

The hero leads with the outcome, then puts a six-item symptom checklist directly beneath it, so visitors recognise themselves before being asked to read a biography.

02

One Page, Many Doors

A single persuasive homepage, plus standalone About, Approach, Benefits, Testimonials and News pages — each with its own indexable URL for search and direct sharing.

03

Edited in One Place

Content is authored once on the homepage screen and appears everywhere it is used, so the same text never has to be updated twice.

04

Testimonials With a Voice

Each testimonial supports an optional recorded audio clip or video alongside the written quote — considerably more persuasive than text in a field built on trust.

05

Built to Fail Safe

If the content plugin is ever deactivated, every section falls back to its built-in copy. Navigation links resolve to on-page sections until their standalone pages exist. The site never breaks in the client's hands.

The Work

Through the Site.

Dr Radha Approach page showing the four treatment pillars
Approach — four pillars, each expanded on its own page.
Dr Radha testimonials page with client quotes and audio testimonials
Testimonials — written quotes with optional recorded audio per client.

Results

What Changed.

01

Every section editable from a single screen, with no code and no page builder

02

Each topic reachable at its own indexable URL, rather than buried in one long page

03

Recorded audio testimonials from named clients, not just written quotes

04

Consultation booking, click-to-call and WhatsApp reachable from every screen

05

Content survives plugin changes — sections fall back rather than break

06

Hand-written theme assets instead of page-builder output, keeping pages light
